A study from the Pew Internet & American Life Project finds that social network users are not more isolated, but rather more social.  In addition, someone using Facebook multiple times per day is 43% more likely than other Internet users and more than three times as likely as non-Internet users to feel that most people can be trusted.  For more:  click here.

In the wake of the massive oil spill that BP is responsible for, one must realize that first having an actionable crisis communications plan is top priority.  Interesting point among some bloggers and in articles, that BP billed itself “green friendly” for the last ten years and is now not able to respond in a timely manner to this massive event.  BP is not handling it right.  Agree?
